If you’re not a DIY bride but want to include a selfie station, why not try Minted’s custom backdrop? Pick from a few designs and personalize your favourite with your name and wedding colours. All you need to do is set the paper up on the wall and you’re done.

Not only is this DIY backdrop easy to make, but also it’s easy on the bank. Head to your nearest party supply store, grab some metallic party streamers–you’ll probably need two or three packages to layer and hang. Give the backdrop an extra fun edge with cut outs of your favourite shapes, from stars to hearts, and tape these against the streamers.

If you have spare time (and a couple of extra hands available) this backdrop is super easy to create and looks pretty and delicate–nobody would ever guess it’s made out of wax paper.

Hosting an outdoor boho wedding? A less intricate DIY backdrop, such as this fringe idea, is ideal. Hang your selfie station in between trees and let guests take over from there.
